To communicate the hotel refurbishment and to increase revenue for the hotel, Amadeus suggested and implemented an Advantage + Shopping campaign on the Meta ecosystem (Facebook & Instagram), to complement the always-on social prospecting campaign of The Beaumont Mayfair. The challenge for Amadeus was to achieve incremental bookings and revenue with the new campaign while maintaining the same campaign spend, distributed between the 2 campaigns.
