Wind Creek Bethlehem is bringing “Fabulous” to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania by providing visitors with all kinds of entertainment and relaxation. But not all Wind Creek Bethlehem visitors are alike, so the resort decided to highlight their “Fabulous” offerings in a series of videos geared toward different audiences, and collaborated with interactive advertising company Infillion to leverage this creative in an engaging ad that let users choose the one that spoke to them the most.
In a play to draw back in previous Wind Creek Bethlehem visitors–especially those located nearby–these videos show the glitz and the glamor that’s available right in Pennsylvania. This unit provided users with a choice amongst three selections: “Play Fabulous,” “Stay Fabulous,” and “Elevate Your Game to Fabulous.” Once they choose one, the corresponding video plays, and users can opt to watch the other videos or plan their escape to the fabulous Wind Creek Bethlehem resort.
Wind Creek Bethlehem entered this partnership seeking brand lift, and the unit went above and beyond, with 3 times more lift in brand preference as compared to category average performance. Specifically, the experience marked a lift in 31% Awareness, 35% Familiarity, 44% Consideration, 48% Preference, and 24% Intent. The sharp rise in Preference is particularly notable, given that one of Wind Creek Bethlehem’s goals was to draw former customers away from competitors and back into the fold.
