Serdar Senay is a marketing and CRM professional with extensive experience in telecom and energy retail industries. Since 2005 with a focus on the customer, he has worked on marketing projects for loyalty and campaign management in B2C and B2B environments. He has been awarded with three international marketing awards; Diamond Awards (Global Marketer-2007) and Gold and Platinum Database Excellence Awards (Direct Marketing Association-2009) Serdar holds a B.A degree in Management from Bosphorus University and is currently involved in voluntary projects of the Alumni Association. He has been invited to international marketing conferences in USA, China and Turkey as an expert speaker.
