HFO Real Estate is a commercial real estate brokerage. Their clients and primary audience are real estate investors who wish to purchase or sell apartment buildings. Because these investors typically own multiple commercial properties, they are often working out of their offices onsite or when travelling – and often do business by smartphone instead of a desktop computer. HFO Real Estate recognized an opportunity to market services to this audience by providing a mobile-friendly version of their website, complete with property listings and information about real estate services.
