After having worked together to revamp the Target Registries experience, Target tapped us to develop a wish-list making experience for kids to use throughout the 2014 holiday season. Working alongside our Target client and a local animation studio, we concepted, designed and developed a complete game experience set in the Target Toy Factory, featuring 3D-animated rooms, avatar characters, drag-and-drop wishlist creation, a letter to Santa, and an augmented reality experience. Parents had secure access to their kids’ lists that allowed them view, edit and share lists with friends and family. And, since the Wish List was backed by Target Registry functionality, lists were also searchable in-store and on Target.com, and gift purchases could be decremented from the master list throughout the holiday season. The holidays were saved! No more duplicate gifts for kids, and a stress-free holiday season for Mom!
