Introducing the My eir app from eir, Ireland’s largest telecommunications company.

Open up a world of service with the FREE My eir App! The app, available for download on iOS and android puts customers in full control of their eir account, all at their fingertips making it faster and easier than ever to get the information they need on their mobile device or iPad.

Once logged in from mobile or iPad, customers can
• Pay their bill securely
• View up to 12 months bills
• View their account balance
• Check their broadband usage
• Switch on/off paperless billing
• Sign up to DD
• Change their eir Vision PIN
• Mobile customers can send up to 400 web texts, check usage as well as retrieving their PIN or PUK
• Get instant access to support information
We are constantly looking for ways to evolve our app, with our next release coming soon with exciting new features such as fingerprint login, social login, in-app webchat, amend direct debit, support for android tablets as well as plans to integrate the App into our TV customers set-top boxes.

Following our hugely successful BTL launch, we plan to push it ATL any day now and have targeted ourselves to have over 10% of our My eir base using our App by the end of the year. With the app being used so far in 57 different countries from Cambodia to Trindad & Tobago, customers are only a touch away from their eir accounts at anytime, anywhere.
