Pentastar Aviation is a private jet charter company targeting individuals & businesses. In reviewing analytics data, we notice Pentastar’s desktop site was receiving mobile traffic for both relevant term and company name searches. After these findings, a PPC campaign specifically targeting mobile users was implemented and the conversion rates ranged between 2-5% higher than the pc campaigns. Since this traffic was being sent to their desktop site, we saw opportunity to increase response by offering a mobile friendly site. We developed a site with key calls to action for users to quickly request a charter quote. Within 6 weeks of launching the new mobile site & directing PPC traffic to it, Pentastar had a 421% improvement in conversions. This new exposure also gave them a brand lift that was very evident in the increase in direct to site visits and Google name searches. Our goal was to increase requests for charter flights and plane maintenance and while that was accomplished, their repeat visitors/business has also increased. We see more repeat charter requests stemming from mobile devices than PC.
