At its core, Intuit is a customer focused, design-driven, innovative technology company, though candidate research showed this was not a perception Intuit’s target audience had (critical tech talent – software engineers, product managers and design/UX professionals). Through this website, Intuit wanted to shift those negative perceptions and inspire all world-class talent to do the best work of their lives.
To accomplish this, the career website communicates who Intuit is in its “show me, don’t tell me” philosophy. High-energy color usage. Smart, personable language. And in a way that lets Intuit’s personality and passion shine through via photography, imagery and tone supported by the following features:
• Responsive design – with its “flexibile and accessible” philosophy, the website is designed for the users, their devices and their lives
• Multifaceted job search
• Custom ATS integration
• Jobs API
• Real-time job filtering
• Recommendation engine
• Employee profiles
• Photography and video
• History and innovation
• SEO optimized jobs
• Analytics
• Social media integration
• Locations section
Post-launch candidate testing was hugely positive; the website conversation rate was at an all-time high, especially for tech talent, and participant perception was more in line with the reality:
Participants perceived Intuit as:
• A “great place to work”
• “Young culture”
• Collaborative team environment
• Not just an employee but part of a team
