Created with customers and end users in mind, ABC's new website delivers new features and elements to enhance the overall online experience. The navigation and content was built to help users intuitively navigate throughout the site and encourage a higher conversion rate. The responsive design of the website is mobile- and tablet-friendly for easy viewing at home and in the field. Aside from the top navigation, the mobile version of the website features quick links for our two primary audiences, homeowners and contractors/distributors, to enable them to reach the areas of content that pertains to them the most.
Enhanced and new features include an expanded project gallery and interactive color visualizer allowing users to envision their next project with the touch of a button. The site also includes an advanced search functionality to quickly locate products and a Product Resource Center to download product information. Concentrating on providing customers with insight and understanding of the industry, ABC has added multiple features including a blog, current news and upcoming events. Additionally, the new site features a Find a Sales Representative functionality that puts users in touch with the representative nearest to them. This functionality is linked to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, notifying our sales representatives instantly of any customer inquiries to increase their responsiveness.
