Prior to the site redesign, The Design Firm’s website was outdated and didn’t do a great job of relating to the lifestyles of their desired clientele (which was home or condo owners looking for high end, luxury interior design services).
In order to reach their target audience, a redesign was needed. With the goal of obtaining new clients, a responsive website was designed with ease of use in mind. The new site features testimonials from previous customers, has a prominent site search for easy navigation, and includes a robust portfolio section that is searchable by room type. Mobile usability was a large factor as well as a lot of their desired clientele were typically on the go and using mobile devices when searching for these types of services.
