Challenge:
Revitalize Backinfocus.com targeting the millennial population with an authentic narrative that guides visitors along the patient journey. We want this digital experience to elevate iLasik as the preferred choice for laser vision correction, expedite the consumer consideration period and prompt users to find a doctor who treats with iLasik.
Solution:
Backinfocus.com features bold messaging paired with lifestyle and active imagery to speak immediately to the young, dynamic audience. Interactive Cost Calculator and Find a Doctor features were highlighted. The content structure was re-aligned to be intuitive for users and guide them through their patient journey. An equally engaging media campaign supported the website refresh.
Result:
Overall, the traffic to the website increased 17%. Users of the website are also more engaged, with bounce rate decreasing and pages per session increasing by 30%.
