Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta and Intermix. When the client first approached us, each brand had a separate and completely unrelated web presence. Our challenge was to tie them all together in a consistent visual framework (while giving each brand enough latitude to feel unique) as well as technologically. The solution brings together data from each individual brand''s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a consistent, well-architected environment allowing candidates to learn about the organization, search for positions that match their skills and to apply.
