Neal Communities has been serving Southwest Florida as a private homebuilder for more than 40 years. Neal Communities is united by one common goal: to help people to improve their quality of life. Neal takes pride in, and is differentiated by, its commitment to the entire process: from purchasing the land to developing it, building and selling the homes, securing warranties and handling personal walk-through orientations with each new homeowner. The goal of this redesign was to differentiate the NSH brand from competitors, but also from the Neal Communities brand, while additionally providing clear information about homes, communities as well as amenities and be easily navigable across device types.
