Having built a new brand, PWI Construction partnered with BrandExtract to build a new website. PWI Construction wanted to attract prospective clients in the construction industry as well as new potential employees. To help keep this in mind, a strategy was built around personas that reflected the various wants and needs of the audience, which were then ingrained into the website goals. The goals for the website were to provide a dynamic, engaging, and highly usable website experience, increase lead generation and conversion points throughout the site (which were untracked), improve SEO and online search and integrate online marketing tools to better measure website performance, highlight company culture, employees and careers at PWI, and implement a robust web content management system (CMS).
