Introducing the Virgin Mobile My Account app
With the growth of the Virgin brand expanding from Wireless to now include TV and Internet services, the Virgin Mobile team completely redesigned the app with a full suite of self-serve functions empowering Virgin mobile customers to manage their accounts and services.
The My Account app is designed to be exceptionally user friendly and is free to download. Through newly added personalisation features, our app provides customers a quick and seamless experience to manage their mobility and residential services. The app is being coded fully native (iOS/Android), and our team designs and tests the app functions in-house so our customers can manage their accounts at their fingerprints, anytime and anywhere.
With the increased Internet usage and significant reliance on faster speeds, largely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we upgraded our app to allow customers to have an easy access to manage their Internet plan packages that work with their lives at home online. With our app, customers can easily manage their Internet account and change their plan to satisfy their speed and usage. In addition, some of the many user-friendly functions available to customers include:
•Upgrading their device
•Find support from anywhere in the app
•View their wireless and Home Internet usage
•Personalization banners (“start where you left off”)
•Add and remove add-ons (including Travel Passes for roaming)
•Check their account balance, view, download, and pay their bills
•Check our their plan details and change their mobility plans
•And much more…
