We have 47% of people accessing our website on mobile devices, which has increased by 180% during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our new COVID-19 webpage has swiftly positioned itself ahead of the digital curve among social services agencies nationally, the comprehensive COVID-19 webpage was redesigned to further facilitate an easy-to-navigate, customer-friendly experience, with the latest information and resources.

The robustness and reliability of our website means customers can access our website even under unexpected circumstances via various platforms. The site uses forms which helps customers send us their requests to be addressed by the appropriate staff.
