For people prescribed INLYTA® (axitinib), and their loved ones, starting therapy can be a daunting experience. They are often blindsided by the diagnosis and, as a result, may not comprehend or remember what their HCP explained about treatment. The information itself tends to be complicated and highly scientific, especially with the rise of combination therapy.
Additionally, INLYTA has multiple indications. This could potentially add to patients’ confusion as they begin to research their newly prescribed treatment.
For these reasons, when creating INLYTA.com we:
•Streamlined navigation across indications
o The homepage hero space simply and clearly displays the 3 indications as actionable items
o For sections of the site that are indication specific, we created a quick selection modal to help patients get to the right content
o To simplify the experience, once an indication is selected, the site remembers that selection for the rest of the visit, so the patient doesn’t need to continue to pick their indication
•Simplified disease education content
o While our target audience is already prescribed, data shows that they still seek information and clarification about their diagnosis
o Disease ed content is strategically placed second in the main navigation
o A driver to this section appears prominently on the homepage
o Clean illustrations and subtle animations supplement bite-sized copy blocks to make this information more approachable and digestible
