About the Entry

AT&T’s Mobile Referral Program allows employees to share jobs on-the-go with people they meet on the spot and through their social networks. Two use cases, one tool. There’s the case where an employee gets great personal service somewhere and wants to refer that person to apply. Using their mobile device, they can then easily capture the referral's email address for a job invite to be sent. The second use case is the one where an employee quickly shares a job opening they’ve just learned about with friends in their social network through Facebook and LinkedIn.
