About the Entry

MAGE SOLAR is an international resource for renewable energy technologies located in US and Germany. For more than 40 years the organization has manufactured photovoltaic solutions for residential, commercial, agricultural and utility scale applications in more than 20 countries around the world.

While MAGE SOLAR USA benefited as a subsidiary of such an experienced company, some things were lost in translation. MAGE SOLAR’s web presence was managed by their overseas counterparts inhibiting control over its digital marketing and website updates in the US.

Nebo designed and developed a responsive website for MAGE SOLAR focused on attracting quality leads and implemented new Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns that focused on the US Market. This provided MAGE SOLAR with input and control into their subsidiary of the business, and ultimately more success online. The site improved in properly targeting primary audiences of installers and property owners, producing more qualified leads.

The site offers users access from any device – whether desktop, tablet or mobile. The responsive design provides direct paths to the most crucial pieces of functionality easily to learn about the cost and feasibility of solar. The site features a variety of educational tools for homeowners conveying the benefits of solar energy, a concept that is misperceived and undereducated for many consumers. Users have the ability to virtually design a photovoltaic system and foresee an estimated energy savings, cost savings and carbon footprint reduction for any address in the world through the site’s Google Earth application.
