Responding to growing interest in how Klick Health serves as an agent of change for our healthcare clients, we decided to share our data-driven approach to digital strategy – what we call Katalyst. Rather than just tell the industry how we approach solving business issues, we decided to show them using a visually captivating, glossy 193-page hardcover book that walks readers through a fictional Klick strategy engagement and roadmap – and showcases how we help clients develop a robust digital strategy. To make the book even more impactful, we embedded a Welcome Video (featuring our CEO) into the seven-inch HD LCD display in the book’s inside front cover. Then we gave it away for free. To create awareness and interest in the book, we clreated an engaging and fully responsive landing page where users could order their free copy of Katalyst from any device. All told, over 2,200 qualified healthcare executives requested the book. The business results were astounding. We received hundreds of calls, dozens of meetings, and several million dollars in new business. The ROI? Off the charts….as you’d expect, from any true agent of change.
