RBC is always looking for new opportunities to engage their clients in-branch and the iPad Counter Content project is the latest such initiative. The project displays eight relevant offers to clients while they are speaking with a customer service representative about their banking needs. The iPads have provocative initial “What If” statements that engage the consumer and the content payoff slides contain relevant product information. The project has been a success with clients and customer service representatives engaging with the iPads.
