In 2014, the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company launched a program that provides 24/7 towing assistance to drivers who are in need anywhere in the U.S. hfa helped Goodyear® launch the program by developing the brand identity, communication plan and mobile application for what is now TOW365.
Targeting drivers during the moments when they are in the most need of assistance, the TOW365 app offers a direct line to the TOW365 call center. The app also allows users to store vehicle information that call center representatives can access for even faster service and even helps drivers determine their location if they are in an unfamiliar place.
